Welcome to the St. Patrick Virtual Parish Office

Many of our forms are available on-line as fill-able forms.  The forms submitted on-line are transmitted to our parish office staff, and to the point of contact for that ministry.  For example, the RCIA form is transmitted to the St. Patrick office secretary and Deacons Tom Manion and Matt McLaughlin.  If you prefer to complete paper forms, a pdf version of each form is available for download or you can stop by the parish office.
