Ministering to our parish and faith community

Below, you can find a list of ministries in our parish. These ministries are focused on serving parish events and programs. If you are looking for more ways to get involved with our parish, you can visit the Parish Organizations page. Baptism Preparation

Parental preparation is required for a child to be baptized.  Please plan to attend the required class prior to your child's birth.  Classes are held quarterly on the third Sunday of February, May, August, and November at 1:00 p.m.  Please call or message the parish office if you are planning to attend.

Confirmation Preparation

Please contact Alisa Arthur for more information and a schedule for sacramental preparation.  Additional information about the Sacrament of Confirmation is available under the Sacraments menu.

Parish School of Religion (PSR)

The PSR program provides religious education for parish youth who do not attend St. Patrick Catholic School.  Please contact Alisa Arthur for more information and a schedule for our PSR program. 

Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA)

OCIA is the process by which adults who are interested in the Catholic faith journey toward full Communion into the Catholic Church. Our parish OCIA coordinator is Deacon Matt McLaughlin.

Funeral Luncheon

A meal is offered after each funeral.  Parishioners are asked to provide food and/or set up and clean up after the meal.  Our parish funeral luncheon coordinator is Terry Cremer.  Please contact Terry if you are able to provide an occasional dish (typically a salad or dessert) or help with the meal.

Marriage Preparation

Contact the parish office at (573) 364-1435 or send an e-mail message to Therese to set up an appointment to meet with Fr. Greg or one of our Deacons.

Nursing Home/Homebound Visitation

Please contact the parish office to arrange for a parishioner to visit and bring Holy Communion to a nursing home resident or homebound person.

Adult Faith Formation

Occasional programs are offered that provide adults an opportunity to grow in the Faith.  Contact Greg Stratman for more information.

Grateful Living

Small groups meet for a six week session to discuss grateful living.  One session is held during Lent and one in the autumn,  Contact Chris or Lynn Kuhn for more information.
